Q. How do I view the Live and On Demand guides?
A. You can access the guides of live channels or on demand content from the Live player or On Demand player views. Look for the menu button to the right of the player controls to expand a full list menu of the available Live Channels or On Demand shows.
Q. How do I download content?
A. On Demand videos that are available for download will display a down arrow next to the 'i' button in the guide. Select the button to begin downloading.
Q. How do I play downloaded videos?
A.Go to the My Media screen and select the video you want to watch.
Q. How do I delete downloaded videos?
A. Go to the My Media screen and select 'edit', check the videos you want to delete, then select the 'delete' button.
Q. Why did my downloaded video disappear?
A. Per our licensing rights, the video content is only available as a download for as long as it is available for on demand viewing. Once the content has expired for on demand viewing, it will be automatically removed from your device.
Q. Why am I being blocked from viewing video?
A. There are a variety of reasons you may be blocked:
- You do not have a network connection. In this case, you can still view your downloaded videos.
- Your subscription has been canceled. Follow the messages and prompts to re-subscribe.
- You are outside of the U.S., and we do not have rights to stream the content to you.
Q. Why can't I watch live video on Wi-Fi?
A. Some Wi-Fi networks are not configured properly for streaming video. Please contact your network administrator.
Q. How does the first 7 days free work?
A: When you first sign up you'll be able to use all the features of AT&T U-verse Live TV for free but data rates apply. If you cancel before the 7 days are up you won't be charged. After the 7th day you are automatically subscribed at the $9.99/month rate. This charge appears on your wireless phone bill. You can unsubscribe at any time from inside the application from within the Help menu and then go to View Subscriptions.*
Q. Does this app incur data charges?
A: Yes, an eligible data plan is required. Data rates apply to the download of the application and while you use it, including during the first 7 day free period.*
